Following last night's public meeting, we have agreed a provisional board of trustees and a constitution. Thanks to those in the community who supported us and attended.
Our next step is to register the group as a charitable incorporated organisation (SCIO) with OSCR, to allow us to open a bank account and progress the community asset transfer with Perth & Kinross Council. In the meantime, we'll be having a look around the hall for improvements, work on our business plan, start developing policies and keep applying for grants.
